The hurt begins to takes up all of our mental, emotional (and even spiritual) space, and not only robs us of the special moments in marriage, but can make us feel like the worst version of ourselves. But disconnection isn’t bad - it’s inevitable and a necessary ingredient to intimacy. Together, with Mary’s help, we want to help you turn towards moments of disconnection as doorways to deeper intimacy and reconciliation.
