What mental health concerns do you treat? Are there any you don't?
EFT is evidence-based in the treatment of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and relationship distress. As a result, it also yields effective results for individuals enduring a life transition, coping with grief, low-self worth, or difficult patterns of relationship.
Assessing the goodness of fit of our approach for your needs is a top priority. During your initial consultation we’ll ask a few questions about what’s bringing you in and how we can help, to assess if our approach is relevant and well-timed for you.
In some cases, we may recommend specialized services, or a different treatment approach (e.g., in the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) to ensure you receive quality care. In these cases, your therapist will discuss and explore the purpose of the referral and provide you with a list of qualified therapists to support you.

What does a free consultation look like?
We currently offer two types of consultation: One for ongoing therapy services, and the other for our Couples Intensive Retreat.
For ongoing services, all free consultations are completed by phone and are about 15-20 minutes in length. During the call, we’ll take time getting to know you and what’s bringing you in, share more about our clinic and approach. If it’s feeling like a good fit, we’ll shift to scheduling!
For the Couples Intensive Retreat, all consultations are completed virtually through a video call and are roughly 20-30 minutes in length. During the consultation we'll learn about your relationship, what's bringing you in for an intensive, and help assess if the retreat is a well timed approach for your relationship needs and goals.
In both cases, if it’s feeling like a good fit, we’ll shift to scheduling and get you booked with our next available opening. Ready to schedule your free consultation? Book now.
