You’re not lost. Just stuck.

We have a map for the hard parts,

Repair that holds.

Most people come to us having already tried — a podcast, new communication skills, maybe a season of therapy that helped and then faded. This isn’t failure. Skills work when we’re calm, and the hardest moments are never the calm ones.

We work where the pain is stuck — where emotions run high, or have gone numb to survive — using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a model we practice daily and supervise other clinicians in. Together, we’ll organize the pain so the skills can reach you again, and turn the rocky moments into clarity, connection, and confidence.

✓ Reconnect after years of distance
✓ Stop the same fight from repeating
✓ Rebuild trust after a betrayal

✓ Make sense of the stuck spots
✓ Feel something again when you’ve gone numb
✓ Grieve a loss without losing yourself
✓ Say the hard thing and stay in the room

✓ Learn what to do at home, starting now

“Having tried numerous therapies in the past, this is where I have felt the most heard.”

We believe that where we see sin, God sees pain — and we promise to meet you in yours, so you don’t have to carry it alone.

If your faith is a resource, we’ll bring it into the room with us. If it’s shaken, or complicated, or not something you hold at all, that’s welcome too. Our clinicians follow ethical codes closely, and would never press personal belief on a client.

Many of the couples we see are Catholic or Christian.

Many aren’t. Both belong here.

Faith is welcome here. So is doubt.

How to Start

3 days · $5000

from $135/session

from $62.50/week

At Sacred Ground, all of our clinicians are dedicated to growing, and to creating a space where your heart, faith, and experiences are held with love. And we don’t just say that. Here’s how we hold ourselves to it.

What makes us different?

Effective, proven methods

Meaningful change using methods supported by more than 30 years of outcome research, and a validated process of change grounded in the neuroscience of attachment. More on our approach.

Measurement-based, feedback-informed care

You should be able to see and feel your results. We use a short survey so we can evaluate — and celebrate — your progress together, and we check in throughout to make sure you feel seen, heard, and understood.

Not seeing results? We’ll help you assess what’s blocking traction and, if needed, help you find a better fit.

Our own deliberate practice

Therapists get better the same way anyone does — through ongoing training, mentorship, and review of our own work. Every clinician here is committed to that, because your outcome depends on it.
