EFT Supervision

We offer ICEEFT approved supervision, available on an individual or group basis. Certified EFT Supervisors provide consultation to facilitate the therapist’s integration of the stages and steps of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), with the goal that the therapist can master the necessary EFT interventions and skills that ultimately promote the creation of secure attachment with individuals, between partners, and within families.

Deepen Confidence in Therapy

“A felt sense of secure connection with others, and a coherent and integrated sense of self that empowers a person in the face of life’s challenges, are two sides of the same coin.”

How It Works

  1. Establish Goals. We’ll spend time getting to know you and your goals, so our work feels relevant and well-timed for your needs.

  2. Create a Brave Space. Together we’ll explore what’s working, examine what isn’t, try on something new, and take risks.

  3. Focus. Research shows that we can improve treatment outcomes by 50% through deliberate practice. We’ll stay focused so you get space to practice, apply (and dare we say role play…) evidence-based skills that bring you and your clients long-term success.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Supervision is required to become an independent licensed professional; whereas consultation is a fully elective method for ongoing learning and development as a provider. We believe strongly in consultation for lifelong learning (and proudly participate in this practice as well!)

  • Consultation is distinct from therapy in that the focus often pertains to client cases. However, as in therapy, personal reactions, biases, old pain and parts of self often come up in the process and therefore are integrated in therapist-to-self work to help grow your awareness and professional resources in and outside of session.

  • Individual Consultation (50 min) • $150

Group Supervision Per Person (50 min) • $75 per person

    Group Supervision For Organizations (50 minute) • $150 + $25 per person
